The University Student Health Insurance plan provides worldwide coverage with the student's choice of provider.
The fee for the plan is automatically assessed along with other tuition and fees. For the 2007-2008 plan year the undergrad student fee is $180.00 per semester and the graduate student fee is $256.00 per semester.
Discounts may be available if the provider is part of the MultiPlan Discount Program.
Tuition and fee waivers do not apply to the Student Insurance fee.
The plan is independent of McKinley Health Center and benefits are not contingent upon McKinley Health Center referrals.

To avoid long lines in our office, it is strongly suggested that students obtain the necessary forms from this website and submit the forms by mail or fax.
Attention Graduate Students
Graduate students must apply for Summer 2008 extensions of coverage on the Graduate College Website. This online extension application should be available around May 7, 2008.
Undergraduate extensions, graduating extensions, and dependent coverage must be applied for through the Student Insurance website as usual. Please see Important Forms.
