The University Student Health Insurance plan provides worldwide coverage with the student's choice of provider.

Each semester during the Enrollment/Change period (only) students can:

• Add a dependent to Student Insurance coverage
• Request an extension of coverage
• Request reinstatement to Student Insurance
• Request an exemption from Student Insurance coverage
